The partnership will see the launch of Regenta Magnus in May, located in Viman Nagar, a key business and lifestyle hub in Pune.
The property will combine Magnus’ design-led approach with Regenta’s hospitality expertise, catering to both business and leisure travellers. This move marks a clear step forward in Magnus’ growth, expanding from managed living spaces into branded hospitality, while maintaining a consistent focus on quality and experience. As Pune continues to evolve, Magnus Properties remains focused on building spaces that are not just functional, but intentional, designed for the way people live today.
